Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days after shipment

  • International: 7–21 business days after shipment, depending on destination and customs processing

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.


Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection is determined at our discretion to ensure timely delivery.


International Shipping & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Delays or losses caused by address errors

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided.

We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for carrier-related issues.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at tiredgirltonic@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage so we can evaluate the issue.


Return to Sender / Refused Packages

Packages that are refused or returned to sender due to customer error (including incorrect address or refusal of delivery) are not eligible for a refund. Reshipping fees may apply.
