Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours of receipt if:

  • Your item arrives damaged

  • Your item is defective

  • You received the wrong item

If an issue is confirmed, we will replace the item or resolve the issue at our discretion.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.
If you need a different item, please place a new order.


Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.


European Union (EU) Customers

Due to the consumable and personal-care nature of our products, the EU 14-day cooling-off period does not apply, as permitted under Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU for sealed goods not suitable for return once opened.
